Vegetable Karakulambu

Preparation : ~5 minutes

  1. Take 250g of okra/eggplant of your choice and cut into small medium pieces and wash with turmeric powder

Cooking : ~ 15 minutes

Instruction:

  1. Cook the okra/eggplant and keep it aside

  2. Take the cube and add to the cooked vegetable and stir.Add 1 cup of water from the cube container and stir for approx 5 min.

  3. Add salt to your preferred taste.

  4. (Optional) Garnish with coriander leaf.

Madras Fish Curry

Preparation : ~5 minutes

  1. Take 250g of fish of your choice (wild caught/farm raised) and cut into small/medium pieces.

Cooking : ~ 15 minutes

Instruction:

  1. (Optional) Take a pan and add 1tbsp of sesame oil or any preferred oil

  2. (Optional) When the oil is heated add 1 tbsp mustard seed and bunch of curry leaves

  3. Take the cube and add 1 cup of water from the cube container and stir for approx 5 min.

  4. To the cooked curry add the fish and let it cook for another ~ 5 mins
