Servings size : 3 person ( 150ml)

Preparation : ~5 minutes

  1. Take 300g of Dal and wash and soak it for 2 hours.

  2. (Optional) Take vegetable (Egg plant, Carrot, Drumstick) of your choice and wash and cut into medium pieces.

Cooking : ~ 10 minutes

Instruction:

  1. Cook the Dal in a pressure cooker or one pot for 15 mins

  2. (Optional) In a pan, add 2 tsp peanut/vegetable oil and add mustard seed and curry leaves

  3. Add the vegetable to the pan and Add little water to the your preference.let it cook.

  4. Add the cube to the cooked vegetable.Add 1 cup of water from the cube container and stir for approx 5 min.

  5. (Optional) Garnish with coriander leaves.
