Vegetable Curry

Preparation : ~5 minutes

  1. Take any vegetables (Carrot, Beans, Cauliflower, potato) of your choice and cut into small medium pieces

Cooking : ~ 15 minutes

Instruction:

  1. Cook the vegetables and keep it aside

  2. Take the cube and add to the cooked vegetable and stir. Add little water to the your preference.

  3. (Optional) To add more flavor the veg curry add Coconut milk or cream.

  4. (Optional) Garnish with coriander leaf.

Chicken Curry

Preparation : ~5 minutes

  1. Take 500g Chicken of your choice (organic/non-organic) and cut into small/medium pieces

Cooking : ~ 15 minutes

Instruction:

  1. Cook the chicken in a pan/cooker and keep aside

  2. Take the cube and add to the cooked chicken and stir. Add little water to the your preference.

  3. (Optional) To add more flavor the curry add Coconut milk or cream.

  4. (Optional) Garnish with coriander leaf.

Red Chilli Chicken Masala (Dry)

Preparation : ~5 minutes

  1. 1. Take 500g Chicken of your choice (organic/non-organic) and cut into small/medium pieces

Cooking : ~ 15 minutes

Instruction:

  1. In a pan, add 2 tbsp oil, slit and add 8pc of 1 tsp cumin seed, red chilli.

  2. Cook the chicken in a pan/cooker and keep aside

  3. Take the cube and add to the cooked chicken and stir. Add little water to the your preference.

  4. (Optional) Garnish with coriander leaf.

Mushroom Curry

Preparation : ~5 minutes

  1. Take 500g Mushroom of your choice (organic/non-organic) and cut into small/medium pieces

Cooking : ~ 10 minutes

  1. Cook the mushroom in a pan with butter/oil and keep aside

  2. Take the cube and add to the cooked mushroom and stir. Add little water to the your preference.

  3. (Optional) To add more flavor the curry add Coconut milk or cream or Coconut mixture.

  4. (Optional) Garnish with coriander leaf.

Country Chicken (Natukozhi) Curry

Preparation : ~5 minutes

  1. Take 500g Country chicken of your choice (organic/non-organic) and cut into small/medium pieces

Cooking : ~ 10 minutes

  1. Cook the country chicken in a pan/cooker.

  2. Add the cube to the country chicken and stir. if required, Add little water to the your preference.

  3. (Optional) To add more flavor the curry add Coconut milk or cream or Coconut mixture.

  4. (Optional) Garnish with coriander leaf.

Country Chicken (Natukozhi) Pepper Fry

Preparation : ~5 minutes

  1. Take 500g Country chicken of your choice (organic/non-organic) and cut into small/medium pieces

Cooking : ~ 10 minutes

Instruction:

  1. Cook the country chicken in a pan/cooker.

  2. Add the cube to the cooked country chicken and stir. if required, Add little water to the your preference.

  3. Add 2 tbsp pepper powder to the chicken.

  4. (Optional) Garnish with coriander leaf.
